Relay Protection Engineer - Electrical/T&D/Substation/Transmission
Large Engineering firm is actively seeking an experienced Relay Protection Engineer for a north Atlanta, Georgia location.
Qualifications: Requires a BSEE degree and a minimum of 7 years of relay protection experience. MSEE and PE license are desired. Requires experience with design of protection and control systems, calculation of protective relay settings for distribution and transmission systems, relay and fuse coordination, calculation of fault currents on transmission and distribution systems, analysis of relay operations, development of relay test schedules and plans, and preparation of equipment specifications.
Compensation is negotiable. Base salary is anticipated to be in the $75,000 - $85,000+ range (DOE) with additional annual bonus of up to 20%. Company provides full fringe benefits including relocation for the best candidate. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for this career opportunity.
