Senior Project Manager - Industrial Facilities Engineering Group - Market Sector Lead

Engineering firm is actively searching for a Senior Project Manager for its Facilities Group and to be located in Boise, Idaho. This Sr. Project Manager position functions as the Market Lead/Primary Client Interface and is responsible for the total contract/design effort managing all proposals, contract schedules/budgets, client relationships and technical performance on assigned projects. Candidates will be self-motivated, quality driven and possess executive level communication, organization and planning skills.

Qualifications:
Requires a BSME or BSEE and a minimum of 15+ years of experience working for an engineering design consulting firm. Must have industrial facility design experience. Experience in the Food & Beverage Industry is a plus. Must have experience with preparing detailed design documents for industrial facilities. Must have previous experience as a Project Manager including oversight of project teams. Must have demonstrated experience with marketing to and managing the client. Must have the ability to represent the firm to the client while managing the budget, schedule and quality of the detailed engineering for industrial facility design. Must have experience with development of proposals including write-up of engineering tasks and manhour estimation for engineering design services. Compensation:
Compensation is negotiable and anticipated to be in the $100,000 to $130,000 range for base salary with additional generous bonus and equity ownership opportunities.
